Experiment. The Side Jiaoai Soup Progesterone Tocolysis Role

To study the main pharmacodynamics of Jiao Ai Tang(JAT),so to offer theoretical basis for JAT to be used to protect growth of the fetus. Methods:1.50 pregnancy mice were divided randomly into five groups: normal control group, abort ion model group, treatment group (low dose of JAT) treatment group (high dose of JAT) and control group (Si Wu He Ji , SW11J). Each group contained 10 cases.On the 10th day of pregnancy , the mice of the latter four groups were injected respect ively wi th oxytocin. After giving them the corresponding medicine, we observe the number of abortion and the number of birth .2. Dysmenorrhoea models were made by oxytocin in 32 mice. Divide them into four groups: saline group , low dose of JAT group , high dose of JAT group and SWI1J group. Each group contained 8 cases .Torsion body times and latent phases were observed.3 .Take 32 mice and divide them randomly into saline group , low dose of JAT group , high dose of JAT group, SWHJ group.Their weight changes were measured after they were successively administored orally.4. The effect of JAT on uterine smooth muscle in vitro of early pregnancy mice was observed .5 .The effect of JAT on oxytocin was observed in uterine smooth muscle of mice in vitro.The results were analysed statistically in t-test. Results:1. JAT can decrease the number of abortion caused by oxytocin, while the number of birth increased .2. It can decrease torsion body times of dysmenorrhoea mice and can prolong latent phases , so can alleviate mice's pain.3. It can promote mice weight increase.4. It can resist the spontaneous contract of uterine smooth muscle of early pregnancy mice in vitro.5. It can resist the intensive contract caused by oxytocin. Conclusion:JAT can protect growth of the fetus, so it can be used in threatened abortion.
