Objective:By the methods of biochemical measurement, histochemistry and immunohistochemistry,it was observed the effect of decreasing blood sugar of hazel's , flower in diabetic mice induced by alloxan and studied its mechanism of decreasing blood sugar, it will provide the science theories for clinical application basis. Methods:The mice were divided into 5 groups, normal control group(NCG),model control group(MCG),medicine control group (MCG, TABLLAE METFORMINI HYDROCHLORIDI 1g/kg/d)and experimental group (EG hazel's flower condensed 5ml/kg/d,2.5ml/kg/d).The experimental period was 3 weeks. 3 weeks later, fasted blood sugar ,activity of SOD and amount of MDA were measured by the method of biochemical measuremert;Take the liver to do the PAS reaction ,and show the disposal of glucose;Take the pancreas to do the immunohistochemistrial staining ,and show pancreas islet B cell. Results:The result of biochemical measurment:afterexperimental .fasted blood sugar of EG was obviously decreasing than before (P<0.05),activity of SOD was obviously increasecd (P<0.05), and amount of MDA was obviously decrased (P<0.05);The result of Liver's PAS reaction:The amount of EG'S disposal of glucose was obviously increased (P<0.05);The result of immunohistoche mistry:EG'S damaged pancreas islet Bcell weren't restored and repaired.Conclussion:The Hazel's flower had the effete of decreasig blood sugar on diabetic mice induced by alloxan May be its mechanism of decreasing blood sugar was the insulin kind function of promoting synthesis of hepatic glycogen etc, clearancing free radicals and process of anti-lipid peroxidation.
