Objective:Induction of labor is an elective termination of a pregnancy . Cervical ripeing is a more significant problem in an induced labor.It decides the result of an induction of labor. Dan Zhi Zhu Sheng Tang (DZT) is an experience presciption by my director Pr.XieJin, Which is used to improve the cervical ripeing, and has been proved to be effective in clinic. Based on the definite clinical effect, the subject goes further into the secretion and molecular biology, integrated with mordern medical resesrch , compared with the Cui Sheng-Antaijiu-minsan (CSS) and oxytocin, proves the effect of the DZT making the cervix dilatation,and probes its functional mechanism to apply scientific function for its wide clinical use.Methods:60 later pregnancy rats were chosen and randomly divided into 6 groups, bland control group, CSS group, oxytocin group, and DZT high dosage, middle dosage, low dosage group. The blood is sent to the lab to measure IL-6, IL-8 and IGF-I.Result:1 .Oxytocin,DZT high dosage,mlddle dosage,low dosage,group IL-6,IL-8,IGF-I is decreased in ladder,which has no significant difference with each other (P>0.05);but the four groups has significant difference with Natviv chlovide group (P<0.01) and has significant difference with CSS group also;CSS group IL-6,IL-8,IGF-I is higher than that of Natviv chlovide group(P<0.01).2.DZT raise the pathological change of uterus organs, the large dosage group excel the small dosage group.Conclusion:The DZT can increase later pregnancy rays IL-6, IL-8, IGF-I.The effect has no significant difference in compare with oxytocin. It is safer and more convenience to use in clinic and easier to be accepted by patients than oxytocin is worth to be studied and problem more with high value.
