Venous leg ulcer(VLU)is the most advanced and the most intractable and serious complication of most venous leg diseases. It is a common disease in peripheral vascular diseases. It has the characteristics of high incidence and long treatment period, more parts of the lower leg in the tibia and ankle area. The incidence in the population is about 0.4%-1.3%,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients that have become one of the difficult issues of widespread concern in Chinese medical community. For the treatment of venous leg ulcers, surgical treatment is currently the main method in the country.Surgical treatment is more invasive and costly.Patients are generally difficult to accept.Traditional Chinese medicine has played a unique advantage in the treatment of VLU,and it has been treated comprehensively with traditional Chinese medicine decoction decoction, oral medicine, external washing of Chinese medicine, and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. My tutor thinks that the venous ulcer of the lower extremity is often caused by long standing and standing injury, blood,qi deficiency, blood inability to run, blood stagnation, blockage due to context, after a long period of experience, summed up as Sheng Bu Zong Qi Tang has achieved satisfactory clinical results, but it is still necessary to further study its scientificity and effectiveness. This issue aims to treat this disease with Sheng Bu Zong Qi Tang as the main prescription. Therefore, this clinical study. It aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Sheng Bu Zong Qi Tang through this study, and provide new methods and ideas for the treatment of venous leg ulcers, providing clinical application and promotion. This study collected from December 2016 to July 2017,collected 80 patients with venous leg ulcers in the ward of the Vascular Branch of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.80 eligible patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.40 patients in the treatment group and 40 in the control group. Two groups of patients were given intravenous injection of Dan hong 20 ml qd.Oral Malian seed extract 0.8g Bid.Both groups of patients were given basic debridement treatment and the Yin Qiao San Huang cream gauze was evenly applied on the ulcer surface, externally applied medical sterile gauze, and wrapped with a medical elastic bandage and dressing was changed once a day.The treatment group was given Chinese medicine decoction Sheng Bu Zong Qi oral treatment, each 150 ml Bid.The control group was not given Chinese medicine decoction oral. The observation time was 4 weeks. On the 1st,7th,14 th,21st and 28 th day respectively, the wound secretions, the wound area and the TCM syndrome efficacy standard were recorded and recorded.Statistical aznalysis was performed on the data obtained, and the SPSS21.0database was input to compare the differences between the two groups.Statistical analysis was performed on the data of this study. Before treatment, the age, sex, wound area, and wound secretions of the two groups were statistically analyzed,P>0.05.The two groups were comparable. The two groups were comparable. After 4 weeks of treatment, there was no adverse reaction in the patient and there was no abnormality in safety indicators. The two groups of TCM syndromes efficacy analysis:21 cases were clinically cured, markedly effective in 12 cases, effective in6 cases, ineffective in 1 case, the cure rate was 52.5%,the total effective rate was 97.5%,the two groups were non-parametric test,Z=-3.166,P=0.002<0.05,with statistical significance.Wound secretion analysis: By two Wilcoxon rank sum test before treatment Z=-1.217,P=0.224>0.05,no statistical significance, after 7 days of treatment Z=-3.362,P=0.001<0.05,statistically significant;after 14 days of treatment Z=-2.172,P=0.030<0.05,statistically significant;Z=-2.526 after 21 days of treatment,P=0.012<0.05,statistically significant;Z=-3.850 after 28 days of treatment,P=0.000<0.05,with statistical significance. From the 7th day after treatment,P<0.05,with statistical significance, the treatment group was better than the control group.Wound area analysis: The wound area was reduced after treatment in the treatment group and the control group. After the non-parametric test among the groups, the wound area of the two groups of samples after treatment was analyzed,P<0.05,which was statistically significant and fully demonstrated the wound of the treatment group. The degree of healing was significantly better than that of the control group. The healing rate of the wound area was analyzed: The total effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and the healing rate was47.5%,of which 19 cases were clinically cured,10 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective.Rank sum test was performed,Z=-2.648,P=0.008<0.05.The difference was statistically significant, indicating that the healing effect of the wound healing in the treatment group was more prominent. In summary,we can draw the conclusion: Sheng Bu Zong Qi Decoction is an effective prescription to promote the healing of venous leg ulcer(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).Sheng Bu Zong Qi Decoction is effective in treating venous leg ulcer of lower extremity, suitable for clinical application and wide promotion.
