1.Experiment purpose To observe the effect of San Sheng Tang on cardiac structure and function in heart failure rat model. At the same time, the study on serum NT-pro BNP and renin angiotensin aldosterone system to evaluate the three Ginseng Decoction on delaying effect of ventricular remodeling and treatment of heart failure.2.Experimental method Preparation in heart failure rat model, building a successful experiment rats randomly divided into San Sheng Tang low, medium and high dose group, heart failure group, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis group and model control and blank group To give a drug intervention in the seventh week of the experiment, the rats fourteenth weeks after anesthesia. The abdominal aorta serum, detection of Ang ?,ALD,ET,NT-pro BNP levels and the related changes of TNF,IL and other cytokines. The morphological changes of liver tissue were observed under light microscope.3.Experimental result(1)At the end of the fourteenth week experiment measured the serum vascular groups of angiotensin ?, aldosterone, endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide were higher than normal control group. In the experiment San Sheng Tang high dose and oncentration of enalapril group increased level than other groups is low.(2) At the end of the fourteenth week experimental liver cell apoptosis and myocardial cell were hyperemia score were higher than normal control group. Experiments in San Sheng Tang, medium dose, high dose group and enalapril group, the myocardial cell apoptosis and liver congestion score increased level is lower than other group. At the same time San Sheng Tang low dose group was statistically significant compared with the blood.4.Conclusion(1)Sang Sheng tang can effectively improve cardiac function in chronic heart failure rats and reduce the level of serum NT-pro BNP.(2)The activation of the Sang Sheng Tang can delay the neurohumoral system in rats with chronic heart failure.(3)Sang Sheng Tang can reduce the apoptosis of myocardial cells and liver cells of chronic congestive heart failure rat model score.
