The PACS System,which is based on the computer network,is the Medical Image Adminstration System,it integrated such subsystems as the acquisition of the image data,the adminstration and control of saving and pigeonholing,transmission distribution,display disposal and etc. The coming of DICOM standard,make all kinds of medical image equipment,which made by different manufactures,could be interlink and exchange their data in a integrate system environment.But,at now time,most of the image device that used in the hospitals haven't equipped DICOM interface,and the image device that made by different manufacturer is independent,setted many toll-gates in their image acquisition and display device to forbidden any user to call in,and so make it is very difficult to interlink and data acquisition among them. This has become a bottle-neck problem to PACS's development,and it balk PACS's development seriously. Aimed at the bottle-neck problem,this article hopes to solve the image transmission problem among the image equipment and the image acquisition system of the non-DICOM interface through the research to the communication interface of image equipment of the non-DICOM interface.At the first,this paper make a detail describtion about PACS's development history,content,fuction and application. At the same time,this paper make an analysis to PACS's actuality at home and overseas,and point out the present PACS's problem,especially point out the image acquisition of non-DICOM standard's image device has become a bottle-neck problem of PACS's development. Otherwise,this paper introduces the background knowledge of DICOM 3.0 standard and its development both at home and overseas. It also given DICOM's definition and content. Some important concepts have been given relatiive detailed description,simultaneous,the message exchange and communication of DICOM have been interpreted thoroughly.In the following,the paper detailed analysis the saving path,communication interface,image file formats and display system of image files of SIEMENS CT and MR. At the same time,this part introduces the design and realize process of image collection workstation aboutnon-DICOM standard image equipments.At last,the paper analyzes the system structure and system network's design principle of PACS,and describe emphasisly the demand analysis and the database structure. Then this part introduces the mini-pacs main function module finished in this research.
