As to the process of hospital’s digitalization, the medical information systems in hospital has widely application, a large number of medical information has realized the resource sharing through the network, but the medical image information which accounted for over most of the hospital information data in the current hospital information systems has not been fully shared and application, as the role of clinical services has yet to give full play. The application of PACS system has realized the fast transmission and share of medical image information, the better service for the clinical doctors and patients, as a whole to improve the diagnosis and treatment efficiency of the hospital and patient satisfaction.The main goal of the topic is to develop an image storage and communication system which can meet the daily business needs of the hospital image department, to upgrade the ageing picture arching and communication system in hospitals, it is mainly to modify information management part of the PACS system, optimizing the business process of radiology department and improving the working efficiency of the doctors and hospital service levels. The main research content of this article is divided into two parts: first, digital subtraction angiography(DSA) algorithm; the second is the design and implementation of PACS system.Basic principles of DSA imaging algorithm research part, first carried on the introduction in detail; and then briefly analyzes the basic characteristic of DSA image, according to the principle of DSA imaging and image feature enhanced algorithm design, involving algorithm include: format conversion, normalization preprocessing, logarithmic transformation, gray mapping, dynamic background template enhancement, image bits wide, etc.; Finally, simulated the algorithm under the environment of MATLAB, and implemented through the OpenCV and C language code.System part, the thesis firstly introduces the development of PACS system, summarizes the domestic and foreign research status and development trend of PACS system. Then introduces the structure of the PACS system, business process and the related theoretical basis, what’s more, describes the DICOM standard, HL7 standard and IHE specification in detail; Secondly, the author had gone to the big hospitals several times to ask for the doctors’ requirements, then analyzed the business needs of the PACS system, and gives the system’s logical architecture, technical architecture, database design, and the core modules and their functions of the system, through the three-tier architecture model in. NET development environment using c# language to complete the development of system core module; finally, verified the rationality and validity of the system design through the system test.At present, the PACS system has been carried out in hospitals, the doctor provides a higher evaluation to the system; DSA algorithm research results has been integrated into the image post-processing workstation of the PACS system by the form of dynamic link library, and provided the doctor for image diagnosing.
