It is expound on treating chronic cholecystitis trough deficiency of spleen-energy and regulating stomach and Qi, integrating the study of modern medicine. About chronic cholecystitis into order of words my tutor's clinical experience of treatment for clironic cholecystitis in this paper. To explore order of words through deficiency of the spleen-energy and regulating the stomach's relationship of Live and Gallbladder Qi Disorder, Phlegm and blood stasis for etiological. The question of disorder of gallbladder produced by the deficiency of spleen-energy and regulating stomach, replenishing qi and sending down turbid qi was closed and the recipe is designed to invigorate the spleen to benefit the stomach.Theory research: it was explored that TCM etiology pathological and principles of treatment for chronic cholecystitis with the theory of TCM and the modem medicine. The paper stresses on the relation between spleen and stomach, ieasibility and important of treatment for chronic cholecystitis through the spleen and stomach while the principles of composing prescription (Decoction for deficiency of spleen and stomach -energy, and purging fire, replenishing qi was established through deficiency of the spleen -energy and regulating the stomach.Clinical research: fifty cases were randomly allocated to Group 1 (thirty cases treated through deficiency of spleen - energy and regulation the stomach for two months) and Group 2(twenty cases treated through relieving liver and gallbladder, regulating qi flow for two months), with severe diagnosis, standard of exclusion and in inclusion and standard of evaluation. The result showed that B ultra-sound scanning in-group 1 was change better than group 2 (PO.05). The more effective rate was76.67 % and total effective rate was93.33 % in-group 1. Though the difference of total effective rate between two groups was not significant (P>0.05), the effective rate of the treatment group was markedly higher than the control group (P<0.05).In summary, which was deficiency of spleen - energy and regulating stomach andqi to treat chronic cholecystitis, were markedly better than control group 2. |
