The Assess Of "Spleen Manifesting In Lips" In Diagnosis And Treatmentof Functional Dyspesia With Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective：Study the correlation between lips-and-mouths and functional dyspesiawith Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome in order to provide the support for clinicaltreatment. After invigorating spleen and replenishing qi therapy, assess the function of‘Spleen Manifesting in Lips’ in diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspesia withSpleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome.Ways：Use the clinical epidemiologic methods to collect165cases of SpleenDeficiency Qi Syndrome Patient clinical data in Chinese medicine hospital ofShandong Province and collected198healthy college students’ oral colour and lustreR, G, B material establish Excel table database to lip colour and lustre and functionalindigestion spleen qi deficiency syndrome association analysis, and on one of them to80patients with functional indigestion spleen qi deficiency syndrome with lip colourand lustre and change the patients given enriching qi treatment, observed before andafter treatment of patients with symptoms, lip colour and lustre and R, G, B valuechange, using statistical analysis software SPSS19.0.Results:1. The patients in the gender form, the sex ratio of1:1.12; Agedistribution to30to50years old age group largest share (41.2%).2. The first in line of the course is6months~5years person (44.3%). 3. The main clinical symptoms: abdominal distension165(100%),abdominal pain125(76.19%), early full148(90.48%), belch127(77.14%), loss ofappetite157(95.23%), lack of power123(75.23%).4. In165FD patients80cases had week yellow mouths accounted for48.5%of the total, the male38cases, female42cases; Distribution of age18to30year age group with largest share (53.8%); Vocational distribution to students andworkers have a large proportion,53.7%and38.8%respectively; The factors to diet isnot section and emotional stimuli primarily, account for43.9%and31.7%respectively.5.198cases of health college students’ R, G, B value was significantlyhigher than the sick groups before treatment, significant difference (P <0.05).6.80patients given enriching qi intervention treatment, after treatment, thespleen qi deficiency syndrome points before treatment is reduced significantly, andsignificant difference (P <0.05), lip colour and lustre score, and R, G, B value theprevious markedly improved, and significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Nearly50%of spleen qi deficiency type FD mouth weeks with yellow,has reached the standard of time card.2. FD spleen qi deficiency syndrome with mouth weeks in patients withyellow, roughly the same percentage of men and women, mainly in youth is givenpriority to, workers and high proportion of students.3. After enriching qi treatment，patients with mouth yellow week, mouthweek obviously improve the yellow situation. This confirmed mouth weeks closeswith spleen qi deficiency from the side.4. Mouth yellow weeks can be one of diagnostic basis of Spleen qideficiency syndrome.
