Objective:This study is to analyze the correlation between cholelithiasis and Helicobacter pylori infection in Qingdao.Through this study,the following objectives can be achieved:?1?Through this research,we can know the predisposing factors of gallstone disease,and define the risk factors of cholelithiasis,thus providing a new way for the prevention of gallstone disease;?2?This research can improve the epidemiological investigation of the cause of cholelithiasis.Methods:The data of this study was come from the Qingdao Municipal Hospital.We used computer software to screen out the clinical data of health checkups from March 2017 to March 2018 in the Physical Examination Center of Qingdao Municipal Hospital,including physical examination number,gender,hepatobiliary ultrasound report and13Cbreath test report,gastroscopy take information such as tissue section staining check.We screened a total of 33 101 cases of volunteers(including 31 579 subjects with hepatobiliary ultrasound reports,10 271 subjects with 13C breath test reports,and 8 749subjects with complete clinical data.),and 8 749 subjects with complete clinical data.We performed statistical analysis on the collected data:1.We separately calculated the prevalence of cholelithiasis and Helicobacter pylori in Qingdao.Our analysis of the collected research data was grouped by gender,and then the prevalence of cholelithiasis and Helicobacter pylori infection in Qingdao was calculated.2.We statistically analyzed the relationship between cholelithiasis and Helicobacter pylori infection in Qingdao.We divided the subjects into two groups according to whether they were infected with Helicobacter pylori,which were Helicobacter pylori and non-Helicobacter pylori.We used the chi-square test to determine whether the difference in the prevalence of cholelithiasis was statistically significant by of SPSS 23.0 software.Results:1.Among 10 271 subjects who underwent 13C breath test,4 165 subjects with Helicobacter pylori infection had a prevalence of 40.55%;male Helicobacter pylori infection rate was 42.83%,and female Helicobacter pylori infection rate was 37.00%.The infection rate of male Helicobacter pylori was higher than that of females,and the difference was statistically significant??2=34.55,P<0.05?.2.Among the 31 579 subjects with hepatobiliary ultrasonography reports,there were1980 cases of cholelithiasis with a prevalence rate of 6.27%;the prevalence of cholelithiasis in male was 6.59%,and the prevalence of cholelithiasis in females was5.83%;The prevalence of male cholelithiasis was higher than that of females,and the difference was statistically significant??2=7.49,P<0.05?.3.Among the 8749 subjects with complete clinical data,the incidence of cholelithiasis was 6.91%in the Helicobacter pylori group,and 7.57%in the non-Helicobacter pylori group.The difference was not statistically significant??2=0.24,P>0.05?.Conclusion:1.The rate of Helicobacter pylori infection in men in Qingdao,Shandong is higher than that in women;2.The prevalence of cholelithiasis in men in Qingdao,Shandong is higher than that in women;3.There is no correlation between the occurrence of cholelithiasis and Helicobacter pylori infection.
