By way of literature review, and according to experience of clinic practice, understand that Cholecystitis is often cause by emotional stimuli, improper diet and exopathic factors; its main pathogenesis includes retentionof wetness-heat evil, depressive syndrome due to disorder of vital energy and gallbladder-energy unable to descend. Its main treatment includes dispersing the stagnated liver-energy and gallbladder-energy, clear away the beat-evil and promoting diuresis, descending stomach-energy and gallbladder-energy. It can be better effect to treat this disease by recipe from Shanghanhm. In allusion to the most familiar symptoms and signs of cholecystitis, we treated fifty eight sick person by Qingdan decoction. we find that It gets better effect and uses shorter time in eliminating symptoms and signs than comparison group, thereby it was proved that Qingdan decoction has the well function that dispersing the stagnated liver-energy and gallbladder-energy, clearing away the heat-evil and promoting diuresis, descending stomach-energy and gallbladder-energy.
