Research objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the self-made Qingdan Decoction in the treatment of acute cholecystitis in the Department of Surgery,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This study evaluated the clinical efficacy of self-made Qingdan Decoction in the treatment of acute cholecystitis through five indicators: total effective rate,TCM syndrome score, abdominal pain, physical signs, and inflammation markers, and explored the TCM origin of self-made Qingdan Decoction And modern pharmacological research.Study design: 1.The cases were derived from patients with acute cholecystitis admitted to the first department outside the Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019.The patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group was treated with self-made Qingdan Decoction combined with Chinese and Western medicine, and the control group was treated with the same western medicine treatment plan.Statistical analysis and evaluation of the changes in various indicators of each group of patients after treatment.2.The collected data was analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software, the count data was analyzed by chi-square test, the rank data was tested by rank sum,and the measurement data was analyzed by t test.Research results: 1.There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome score, abdominal pain VAS score, age, and gender in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.The experimental group was better than the control group in the evaluation of several indicators including total effective rate, abdominal pain(including abdominal pain VAS score, abdominal pain complete disappearance time),physical signs(complete disappearance time of physical signs),and TCM syndrome score after treatment(P<0.05,The difference is statistically significant).3.The experimental group and the control group were treated with inflammation markers(white blood cell count,C-reactive protein, procalcitonin)significantly decreased(P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant),but the inflammation between the two groups before and after treatment Compared with markers, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.There were no obvious abnormalities in the safety evaluation indexes of the two groups of patients during the treatment. Conclusions: 1.Self-made Qingdan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine has clear curative effects and Western medicine alone has a clear effect on acute cholecystitis.Oral self-made Qingdan Decoction can improve the curative effect and has advantages in improving symptoms and signs..2.The self-made Qingdan Decoction has no obvious advantages in controlling inflammation(white blood cell count,C-reactive protein, procalcitonin)in the treatment of acute cholecystitis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. It may not be able to detect the inflammation indicators in this study.,The time span is slightly larger(6days).3.The self-made Qingdan Decoction has more advantages in treating acute cholecystitis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and it has better safety. It is worthy of promotion and research. |
