Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Wound Healing,Which Is After Anal Fistula's Operation,after Use Of BaiJi Powder

Objective:To investigate the Baiji powder for external use in patients with anal fistula postoperative wound healing effect of the application for the clinical development of the promotion of anal fistula surgery early postoperative wound healing method provides a reference for the val ue.Methods:The study included Jiangning District of Nanjing Chinese Medicine Hospital anorectal admitted from April 2015 to February 2016 period in line with the diagnostic criteria of anal fistula,with indications for surgical treatment of 40 cases of anal fistula patients as research subjects,will 40 cases studied in accordance with the principle of informed consent of patients were divided into experimental and control groups.After two subjects into groups,by the same group studied two groups of clinicians embodiment Fistulectomy surgery,postoperative wound dressing to be patient in the experimental group using Vaseline gauze dressing Baiji powder plus method,the control group patients be wound dressing using Vaseline gauze law wound longitudinal diameter reduction rate compared two groups of patients,wound healing time,the growth of granulation,secretions,the degree of pain in different time periods after the wound began to heal,and clinical the total efficiency of treatment and post-discharge follow-up three months of clinical effect.Results:(1)the experimental group were wound longitudinal diameter reduction rate,wound healing time than the control group of patients early,differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)after 2d,granulation growth of two groups of patients score,VAS score(pain visual analogue scale),wound secretion rates showed no significant difference(P>0.05),after 7d,after 10d,surgery after 14d experimental group were higher than the control the growth of granulation ratings patients,VAS score,wound secretions in patients with low scores than the control group,the difference between the two groups above comparative indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)the clinical treatment of patients in the experimental group,the total effective rate was 95.0%,compared with the present in 80.0%of patients in the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Two groups of patients after discharge,patients were followed up for 3 months,the clinical treatment of patients in the experimental group,the total effective rate was 95.0%,significantly higher than 85.0%of patients,differences exist between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of Baiji powder anal fistula surgery postoperative wound healing process,patients can effectively shorten healing time,reduce patient suffering body,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and promoting early healing of wounds of patients,as stage patients after anal fistula surgery wound healing methods of treatment,with excellent clinical application value.
