Clinical Study of Auricular Points Pressingon Female Climacteric SyndromeSpeciality:Acupuncture and Moxibustion Clinical study with Ear AcupunctureStudent: Sun DongmeiTutor: Professor Wu FudongAbstractThis study is clinical observation and preliminary research of mechanism about female climacteric syndrome treated by auricular points pressing on the basis of acupuncture study.According to the basis theories of traditional Chinese medicine, combining with Ihe research achievements of modern medicine, the pathogenesis of female climacteric syndrome is deficiency of kidney, functional disorder in the zang ?fit organs and relative inba]ance of Yin ?Yang.So we developed the amicular points pressing prescription: Pt. Kidney~, Pt. InternalCenitalia~Pt.Endocrine-Yt. Brain as the main points, Pt. liver~ Pt. Spleen~ Pt. Heart~Pt. Shenmen\ Pt. Sympathetic Nerve~ Pt. Aniitragic Apex as the supplementary points.We treated 54 cases with auricular points pressing and established two control groupstreated with otyzanol and acupuncture.The statistical results indicate that in the group of auricular points pressing, the cunalive effect~ the progress of the symptoms and vegetative nerve function are markedly better than in the group of oryzanol, and as good as in the group of acupuncture. The conclusion is the therapy of auricular points pressing has entire regulartory function on?endocrine system, and can put the body?s vegetative nerve system and endocrine system into stable station.
