| ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of auricular acupoint pressing therapy on pre-examination tension syndrome,and to explore the effective therapy for the treatment of tension syndrome.MethodsCase of the study for the 2016 Graduate Entrance Examination of the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine students,selected in line with diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of 60 candidates,according to the random number table method is divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with auricular acupoint pressing with heart,liver,Shenmen,subcortical,sympathetic,and false auricular acupoints were selected to be close to the standard ear.Both groups were given psychotherapy,The treatment was given one week before examination,a total of 3 times,once every other day.Sarason test anxiety scale(TAS)was used to compare the curative effect before and after treatment to observe the therapeutic effect,and SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze and deal with all the data.Results1.Comparison of the two groups of patients before treatment,such as age,gender,by statistical tests,comparable(P>0.05).2.Compared with the two groups,the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%,the total effective rate of control group was 66.7%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference between TAS score before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups of treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of pre-test tonic syndrome,and treatment group is better than control group.ConclusionAuricular acupressure can effectively alleviate the symptoms of pre-test tense syndrome,and safe and time-saving,non-toxic side effects,can be used as a pre-test tonic syndrome in the clinical treatment of one of the preferred program. |
