Observation On The Curative Effect Of Fuyang Pot Combined With Ear Acupoint Pressing Beans In The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Female College Students

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Fuyang cupping combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean method on primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: Forty cases of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into ear point pressing group and Fuyang jug ear pressing group,20 cases in each group.Sympathetic,subcortical,endocrine,liver and kidney auricular points.Fuyang jug ear point pressing bean group was treated with Fuyang pot combined with ear point pressing bean therapy,first moxibustion of Shenque,Qi Hai,Guan Yuan,Tianshu,Shen Yu,Shengmen,and then warm pushing abdomen back to be the second vein of the governor,Right and left bladder meridian,with pulse,finally appropriate warm curettage,and then combined with ear point pressing bean method.Both groups from the end of the end of the last menstruation began treatment 1/ 3 days.Until the next menstrual cycle ends.1 menstrual cycle is a course of treatment,respectively,before treatment,after 1 course of treatment,after 2courses of treatment,after 3 courses of treatment,3 months after the end of treatment,The score of dysmenorrhea symptom score and the changes of serum PGF_2?and PGE2 were compared between the two groups before and after 3 courses of treatment.Finally,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:1.Comparison of dysmenorrhea symptom score and VAS score: compared with before treatment,the scores of dysmenorrhea symptom and VAS decreased gradually?P<0.01?,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups in the first course,the second course and the third course.The results showed that the two treatment methods were effective and the difference was statistically significant among three courses of treatment: the second course of treatment,the third course of treatment and the first course of treatment in auricular acupoint pressing bean group?P<0.01?.The comparison of the third course and the second course showed that the score of dysmenorrhea symptom and the score of VAS were the same in the 2-3 course of treatment.Over time,the scores of dysmenorrhea symptom and VAS decreased gradually,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?,which indicated that the third course of treatment decreased the score of dysmenorrhea symptom and the score of VAS,and the follow-up after 3 months was compared with that after the third course of treatment.The score of dysmenorrhea symptom and VAS score of Fuyang Ju ear point pressing bean group were still decreased?P<0.01?,which indicated that Fuyang Ju ear point pressing bean group had good long-term curative effect.The comparison between the two groups in each course of treatment and follow-up?P<0.05 or P<0.01?indicated that the Fuyang Ju ear point pressing bean group was superior to the ear point pressing bean group in reducing the score of dysmenorrhea symptom and VAS score in each course of treatment and the long term curative effect.2,compare the serum PGF2 and PGE2 content: compared the two groups before and after treatment,PGF2 content was decreased,PGE2 content increased,after statistical treatment,ear pressure beans group?P>0.05?,the difference was not statistically significant,explain Auricular Pressure Therapy on reduction of serum serum PGF_2?level and the increased PGE2 content were more significant.The results showed that Fuyang pot combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean method could lower the PGF_2?and increase the PGE2 content in peripheral blood of dysmenorrhea patients.3,comparison of effective rate: the total effective rate of Fuyang pot combined with ear point pressing bean group was 95 and that of ear point pressing bean group was 75.The difference between the two groups was significant?P<0.05?,which indicated that the curative effect of Fuyang pot combined with ear point pressing bean therapy was better than that of pure ear point pressing bean therapy.Conclusion:1.Both auricular point pressing method and Fuyang pot combined with ear point pressing method can relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms to some extent,but Fuyang pot combined with ear point pressing bean method can effectively relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea patients.And the long-term effect is more obvious.2,the clinical curative effect of Fuyang pot combined with ear point pressing bean method was better than that of pure ear point pressing bean method;3.The curative effect of Fuyang cupping combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean therapy on primary dysmenorrhea and blood stasis syndrome in female college students was related to the decrease of serum PGF_2?and the increase of PGE2 content in peripheral blood of the patients.
