Shu Lung Particles To Improve The Clinical And Experimental Study Of Right Ventricular Function In Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective:To study Shu Fei Granule's effect and mechanism on the right ventricular function in Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease. Methods :Total research to cases (100) were divided into two groups: the treatment group (60) treated with Shu Fei Granule (SFG) for the treatment group on the same basis as the other one, while the control group (40) treated with Fleroxacin and Glyfylline .Animal experiments were also conducted. Results: The total obvious effective rate of SFG was 63.3% and the total effective rate of SFG was 91.6%, which were remarkably better than that of the control group (N0.01).The function of the right ventricle had obviously been improved (A Apexes E Apexes. VA/VE. PEP PVET PEP/PVET) and the pulmonary hypertension had been lowered.The experimental research indicated that SF0 had good effects of anti-inflammation. antitussion expectoration and relieving attack of asthma lowering hypoxia pulmonary hypertension and ET . raising NO and improving the micro ?circulation. Conclusion:The main pathogenesis of the disease is the deficiency of the lung the sp1een. the kidney and the heart. The blockage of turbid phlegm and the blood stasis. It draws better effect used SFG of supplementing Qi,eliminating the phlegm and removing the blood stasis.
