Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Combined With Heart Failure With The Method Of Tonifying Soil And Generating Gold

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of modified Shenling Baizhu powder in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD)combined with heart failure(HF heart failure),explore the clinical application of reinforcing soil and generating gold in the treatment of heart Bi disease in traditional Chinese medicine theory,explore the clinical effect and safety of modified Shenling Baizhu powder,and give play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CPHD combined with HF.Method:A total of 58 subjects with CPHD and HF were selected based on inclusion case criteria using a randomized,controlled approach,in which the subjects were randomly divided into two groups: 29 in the test group and 29 in the control group.The control group was given the conventional treatment of Western medicine,and the test group was treated on the basis of the conventional treatment of Western medicine plus the addition of taste by a TCM immunodecoction,modified Shenling Baizhu powder.After14 days of treatment,the changes in the total score of TCM syndrome,the grade of cardiac function,the 6-min walk test distance,the improvement of edema,NT pro BNP,and nutritional indexes in the subjects were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Result:After the test,the differences between the two groups of subjects in the following six aspects were compared: 1.Total score of TCM Syndrome 2.Cardiac function grade 3.6-minute walk test distance 4.Improvement of edema 5.NT pro BNP 6.Nutritional indicators,all with statistical significance(P < 0.05),were better in the test group than in the control group.Comparison of overall response rate: in the test group,14 patients showed efficacy,13 patients showed efficacy,2 patients had no effect,and 0 patients had aggravation,for an overall response rate of 93.1%;In the control group,6 cases showed effect,18 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective and 0 cases were aggravated,the total effective rate was about 82.8%,which was significantly different(P < 0.05)by test,and the test group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of CPHD combined with HF by Invigorating the golden method is effective in improving the patient’s total points of TCM syndrome,cardiac function grade,6-minute walk test distance,reducing edema,reducing NT pro BNP,improving nutritional status,promoting disease recovery,and can achieve good efficacy in clinical applications.
