| Part I: Clinical Reaserch1. Objective: To observe the Guanxin V mixation improve chronic systolic cardiac dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease in clinical effection.2. Methods: In this study objection is inpatient and outpatient with chronic systolic cardiac dysfunction (heart functionâ…¡,â…¢class),basic disease is coronary artery disease,from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Choose 60 cases from December 2007 to Janualry 2009 meet the standard. The 60 cases are randomly divided into Guanxin V Hao mixation treatment group(31 cases) and control group(29 cases). Two groups are for western medicine standardize treatment .In addition serving Chinese medicine Guanxin V mixation (Food and Drug Administration approval of Jiangsu Province, Chinese medicine hospital in Nanjing preparations, Approval Number: Su pharmacists words Z04000781)to treatment groupe, each 20ml, 3 times a day; 28 days of treatment,during treatment out of huoxuehuayu, Yiqi Yangyin traditional Chinese medicine and other Chinese medicines, to observe patients with coronary artery disease Guanxin V mixation cardiac function after treatment, TCM Syndrome points, plasma B-type brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level, 6 minute walking test distance, Color Doppler determination of cardiac pump function of the target heart changes.3. Results: Guanxin Guanxin V Hao Mixation unites Western standardized treatment, can improve the cardiac dysfunction of coronary artery disease (heart functionâ…¡,â…¢class) in patients with clinical symptoms and cardiac function, heart pump function , prolong exercise time, better than Western medicine treatment;can improve the cardiac dysfunction, reduce BNP level in some degree.4. Conclusion: Basing on Western medicine treatment, unit Guanxin V Hao Mixation to treat chronic systolic cardiac dysfunction(heart functionâ…¡,â…¢class) in patients with coronary artery disease,better than Western medicine treatment only.Part II: Experimental Study1. Objective: To compare Guanxin V Hao Mixation and valsartan in acute myocardial infarction ventricular remodeling in modle rats in electron microscope observation, to study super micro-structure on experimental myocardial infarction ventricular remodeling in rats with Guanxin V Hao Mixation.2. Methods: Ligating left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD)of model rats for establishment acute myocardial infarction, then randomly divided into four groups: model group,Guanxin V Hao Mixation dose group,Guanxin V Hao Mixation high-dose group,valsartan group, 10 in each group. Every group is feed in correspondence way. The four groups are administered 2 weeks then subjected. Another 10 rats as the blank control group. After the success, observe the model rats daily activities of responsiveness, hair, mental health, food and water intake and so on,given drugs 2 weeks after,remove the heart,for transmission electron microscopy ultrastructural observation.3. Results: The study showed Guanxin V Hao Mixation of high-dose group,dose group and valsartan group can improve the general situation lives ,cardiac myofibrils and mitochondria Ultrastructure.4. Conclusion: Guanxin V Hao Mixation high-doses group,dose groupand valsartan group can improve model rats on general life situation,cardiac myofibrils and mitochondria Ultrastructure after acute myocardial infarction. Mechanisms may be improve post-myocardial infarction rat heart pump function,recover ischemic myocardial cells,improve myocardial contractility and the implementation of energy metabolism. |
