Hypertension, Coronary Heart Disease In Patients With U Ring Changes In The Characteristics And Clinical Significance

Objectives : To study vector U Loop's change in hypertension and coronary heart disease subjects and its clinical value. Methods:The U ioop of vectorcardiogram(VCG) were recorded in 31 normal subjects, 30 subjects with hypertension and 32 subjects with coronary heart disease , compared morphological and direction of rotation of U loop ,maximum U vector's direction and magnitude. Result: The U loop in normal subjects was oriented to the left, inferiorly and anteriorly, the direction of rotation was counter-clockwise in all case, the horizontal maximum U vector was directed less than 80 degree; The U loop in hypertensive subjects is oriented to the left, inferiorly and anteriorly, the direction of rotation was counterclockwise in all case yet, but the magnitude of the horizontal maximum U vector was higher than the normal subjects (P<0.05), the horizontal maximum U vector is situated between 80 and 100 degree; The U loop in coronary heart disease subject was oriented to the right, posterior, the direction of rotation was clockwise in most case, the magnitude of the horizontal maximum U vector was higher than the normal subjects(P<0.01) and the hypertensive subjects(P<0.05), the horizontal maximum U vector is directed more than 100 degreeConclusion: The U loop's of the hypertension was directed right16and magnitude increased, U loop's of coronary heart disease was directed right, posterior and magnitude increased obviously. It was important for diagnosis the pure hypertension and the coronary heart disease.
