Stuyd On The TCM Syndromes Of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated With Hypertension And Coronary Artery Diseasecorrelation

Objective:To summarize the TCM syndrome distribution chara-cteristics of coronary heart disease patients with hypertension and c-oronary heart disease,and the correlation between TCM syndromes and coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.Methods:92 patients with coronary heart disease and 103 patie-nts with coronary heart disease and hypertension were enrolled in th-is study.The general data,past history,TCM syndromes and coronary angiography results of two groups of patients were collected,and cli-nical observation forms were filled.All data were entered into Excell form and set up database.All the included cases were identified acc-ording to the TCM syndromes,and the corresponding TCM syndromes were observed,and the coronary lesions in all patients were observed.SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis,count data using 2 test,measurement data between two groups were compared by t test,multiple groups were analyzed using single factor analysis of varian-ce,correlation between coronary heart disease and hypertension gro-up and TCM syndrome type by logistic regression analysis.Result:1.General data:the two groups of patients with gender,age,bod-y mass index,alcohol and tobacco history,diabetes course,the cour-se of coronary heart disease comparison,there was no statistical diff-errence(P>0.05).2.Blood lipids,blood sugar,blood pressure:the two groups of patients with TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,blood glucose comparison wer-e not statistically significant(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were higher than those of CHD patients patients(P<0.05).3.Coronary artery disease characteristics:coronary heart dise-ase and hypertension group with multivessel coronary artery disease mostly,coronary heart disease group with single coronary artery les-ions mostly,the two groups compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).The degree of coronary stenosis in coronary heart disease and hypertension group was mostly 4,and the degree of coronary st-enosis in CHD group was mostly 2 and 3,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Coronary heart disease with hypertension group Gensini score was higher in CHD gr-oup Gensini score was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Coronary lesions and blood pressure classification:coronary heart disease and hypertension 3 group Gensini score was signific-antly higher than coronary heart disease and hypertension 1 group,2 group Gensini score,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome type distribution characteristics:Coronary he-art disease and hypertension group with qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome,including qi stagnation,bl-ood stasis blood relationship between hypertension and coronary he-art disease is most closely.Coronary heart disease group with heart qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.Comparison of the distribution of two groups of TCM syndrome types was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The relationship between coronary artery lesion and TCM syn-drome type combination:compared with coronary heart disease and hypertension group,single syndromes,and syndrome type Gensini w-ere higher than those in coronary heart disease group was statistica-lly significant(P<0.05).7.Coronary heart disease and hypertension group of coronary le-sions and TCM:single group,double vessel group and multi vessel c-oronary artery lesions group with qi stagnation,blood stasis and ph-legm blocking heart vessel which accounting for the majority,which will be accounted for the largest proportion of heart qi stagnation.H-owever,there was no significant difference between the three groups of TCM syndromes in the number of diseased coronary arteries(P>0,05).The proportion of coronary stenosis in group 2,group 3 and class 4 was the highest in the proportion of qi stagnation and card-iothoracic syndrome.However,there was no significant difference in the extent of coronary stenosis between the three groups of TCM sy-ndromes(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Coronary artery disease,coronary artery disease in patients with multivessel disease,4 degree stenosis mainly,and coronary he-art disease,hypertension group Gensini score was significantly hig-her than coronary heart disease group.The degree of coronary lesion is positively related to blood pressure classification.2.Coronary heart disease and hypertension group and qi sta-gnation,heart and blood stasis syndrome is most closely related.Co-ronary heart disease group with heart qi deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome.3.The degree of coronary lesions in CHD and hypertension gro-up was higher than that in CHD group.And Coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension is more seri-ous.
