Modified Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang Wine Decoction Treatment Of Angina Pectoris Clinical And Experimental Research

Objective To detect the efficacy of alcohol served as dilution-media , and to explore mechanism and effection of BuYangHuanWu decoction boiled in alcohol in two aspects of clinic and experiment. Methods 60 patients who had Coronaryheart disease (CHD) -Angia Pectrosis (AP) were studied . All patients undenvent history collection, clinical examination and ECG , then randomized into two groups . 30 patients who treated by BuYangHuan Wu decoction boiled in alcohol were relegated to treat group , others treated by BuYangl-Iuan Wu decoction boiled in pure water were control group. Results In the aspect of tofal effect of CHD-AP , treatment group's obvious effectual rate is 90.00% , control group's obvious effectual rate is 73.33% , the diffience shows remarkable significance . Experiment on filtration of herbs active components demonstrates that Tanshinone II A , Astragaloside and others active elements were found more in alcohol than in water. Conclusion The study strongly suggests that BuYangHuanWu decoction boiled in alcohol is more efficient than it was boiled in water.
