Study On Dosage And Compatibility Of Asarum Based On Data Mining

Objective:To explore the evolution of the efficacy of Asarum in traditional Chinese herbs and the law of the dosage and compatibility of Asarum in ancient and modern prescriptions,and to provide some reference for the rational application of Asarum in clinic.Methods:By collecting the records of Asarum in ancient herbal medicine books,the ancient prescriptions containing Asarum from Han and Tang dynasties to Qing dynasties and the modern prescriptions containing Asarum in the medical literature databases of Chinese knowledge network(CNKI),Weipu and Tongfang in recent 20 years,the database containing Asarum was set up with 2933 first prescriptions,and data mining and analysis were carried out with the help of data analysis software such as Excel 2013、SQL Server 2008 and Chinese medicine data mining system TCM Miner.Results:1.The understanding of the effect is different,especially the general effect,used in ancient times,not only limited to the nose,thought that Xin can supplement the liver,but different from the supplement of Qi and blood.2.The common cause of xin poisoning is that the amount of dispersing agent or the decoction is too short.3.The prescription is designed to treat facial diseases(including eye disease,nose and tooth diseases,among which the eye disease is the first of all diseases),all kinds of pain certificates(including eye pain,headache,tooth pain,Bi,etc.),respiratory diseases(such as cough and asthma,cold,etc.),carbuncle and other surgical diseases.To treat tooth pain,tooth shaking,tooth diseases,and then the ulcers and other surgical diseases,eye,nose and other facial features,headache syndrome are also more common.4 The common dosage range of Xixin pill powder is 1-2g,the common dosage range of boiling powder is 1-3g,the change is small,while the common dosage range of Decoction in the past dynasties is large,which needs to be adjusted according to the disease conditions,such as the treatment of eye disease is 1.35-9.37g,the treatment of cough and asthma is 3.00-13.92g,and the treatment of Bi syndrome is 3.00-6.00g.5 In the oral prescriptions containing asarum,asarum is often combined with Saposhnikovia divaricata,ginseng and Plantago asiatica in the treatment of eye diseases;In the treatment of nose and teeth diseases,Xixin is often combined with Fangfeng,chuanxiong,Baizhi,cinnamon and angelica;In the treatment of cough and asthma,asarum is often combined with cinnamon,almond,dried ginger,Schisandra chinensis and Pinellia ternata;In the treatment of cold,Xixin is often combined with ephedra,Fangfeng,chuanxiong,cinnamon and Atractylodes macrocephala;In the treatment of apoplexy,Xixin is often combined with Fangfeng,cinnamon,chuanxiong,Danggui and Mahuang;In the treatment of Bi syndrome,Xixin is often combined with Fangfeng,cinnamon,Duhuo,Fuzi and Chuanxiong;In the treatment of headache,Xixin is often combined with chuanxiong,Baizhi,Fangfeng and notopterygium;In the treatment of gynecological diseases,Xixin is often combined with Angelica sinensis,cinnamon,Fangfeng and Chuanxiong;In the treatment of pediatric diseases,Xixin is often combined with rhubarb,ginseng,Fangfeng,angelica,Scutellaria and cinnamon.For external use,Angelica dahurica,Cimicifuga,Ligusticum chuanxiong and Fangfeng are used in the treatment of toothache;In the treatment of ophthalmic diseases,Xixin is often combined with Coptis,cortex Fraxini,Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Saposhnikoviae and Polygonatum odoratum;In the treatment of carbuncle and gangrene,Xixin is often combined with Angelica dahurica,Angelica sinensis,chuanxiong,Baishao,etc.Conclusion:The clinical dosage of Asarum has undergone a sudden decline from Han to Tang to Song Jinyuan,and from Ming to Qing Dynasty to modern times.The quantity of Asarum used in modern medicine is 5g.The dosage of Asarum for relieving exterior,dispersing cold and dredging orifices should be small,and for relieving pain and warming lung and resolving Yin should be large;The dosage of Asarum in the decoction can be divided into 1-6g conventional dosage,6-15g medium dosage and 15g or more large dosage.In the treatment of some eye diseases,cough,asthma and other pain,if the large dosage of more than 15g is used,it needs to be decocted for a long time.The compatibility of Asarum is mostly based on its pungent and warm nature.Because its pungent powder is warm and dry to prevent too much,it is often combined with tonic drugs to supplement and prevent powder,astringent drugs to astringent powder,and cold and cool drugs to cold and dry;Because of its Xinsan jiebiao,wenzehuayin,Tongjing Zhitong and more compatibility jiebiao Sanhan medicine,wenhuahan phlegm medicine,Wenli medicine to increase its efficacy.
