Purpose:Through the traditional Chinese medicine intervene TIA,and compared With aspirin primarily of western medicine therapy,to discusses the superiority of the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment For TIA treatment,in order to reduce the incidence of Clinical complete stroke may。This paper expounds aspirin adverse reactions and the matters needing attention。Material and method:Clinical observation 60 cases were diagnosed as TIA (transient ischemic attack) patients, And comply with the fourth national Cerebrovascular disease association conference (1995) which put forward diagnostic criteria。randomly divided into two groups。The treatment group (30 cases) was the first needle, body acupuncture joint Chinese medicine treatment;The control group (30 cases) is mainly of western medicine therapy aspirin。The two groups were observed about the incidence of frequency and Attack frequency。Results:After TIA treatment,Aspirin primarily of western medicine treatment group of recurrence frequency , Symptoms improved conditions , there were significant differences than before treatment,Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of the symptoms improve recurrence frequency than aspirin therapy of western medicine group,Which mainly has obvious superiority。So Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of TIA can effective interventions to form apoplexy,Can reduce the incidence of stroke may。Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment effectively reduce stroke symptoms of attack frequency,Clinical curative effect are better than aspirin of western medicine group,which Can prevent stroke disease as the Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment。...
