Purpose:By applying comprehensive measures of traditional Chinese medicine effectiveintervention TIA (transient ischemic attack, similarly hereinafter), reduce the completeness,the incidence of stroke, form by intervening in TIA with Chinese medicine treatment a newscheme to prevent stroke.Material and method:Choose between August2009and March2009in shenyang, thesecond hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital treatment of80cases with TIA afteroutpatient income for starting symptoms of patients. According to the different treatment,according to the clinical epidemiological method were randomly divided into treatment groupand control group. Control group pure with aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochlorideand Shu Xue Ning injection intravenous drip. To Shu Xue Ning injection every day15ml to250ml250ml saline solution or5%glucose, a quiescent point, use14days. Every night afterdinner100mg oral aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride, a total of6months.Treatment group: the use of aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride with Shu XueNing blood therapy and traditional Chinese medicine. Aspirin plus comfortable blood quietpoint, USES the same as the control group. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herb teatherapy according to different disease syndrome cases give treatment. The first month, onedose a day, decoct juice300ml water,100ml each time, take half an hour after a meal, threetimes a day. A dose every two days a month later, decoct juice600ml water,100ml eachtime, take half an hour after a meal, three times a day, a total of three months ’medicaltreatment. In addition according to patients’ age, constitution, illness, and tolerance fordifferent acupuncture treatment. The first month, acupuncture treatment for five times a week,a month later, acupuncture treatment twice a week. Observation before and after treatmentrespectively (When out of the hospital),15days a month, three months, six months, TIAseizure frequency and duration, TIA stroke incidence, treatment effectiveness,6monthsdecision criteria TIA curative effect and adverse reaction index. Results: Two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment, the onset frequencyand duration of disease of patients with TIA were significantly improved than beforetreatment. Treatment group of patients and the control group patients in the treatment of15days later, TIA seizure frequency has a significant difference; Three months after treatment,the TIA time has significant difference. After six months, two groups of treatment efficientand incidence of stroke in patients with significant differences. Treatment group totaleffective rate was95%, the incidence of stroke was2.5%; The control group treatment thetotal effective rate was82.5%, the incidence of stroke was7.5%. The results showed that thetreatment group therapy effect is better than the control group.Conclusion:Fromthe point of observation research, Chinese medicine intervention onthe curative effect of transient ischemic attack is more obvious, for prevention of stroke has asignificant effect, and join the acupuncture therapy effect in a short time.
