| Objective:According to statistics,20%- 60%of patients with stroke can occur with depression,the rehabilitation of stroke patients to bring great negative effect, increasing the mortality in patients with stroke.Western medicine currently the main choice of antidepressant drug treatment of post-stroke depression,has certain limitations.The clinical study of acupuncture and by observing a combination of westem medicine treatment for ischemic stroke patients with depression after the depression and post-stroke rehabilitation of the affected nerve function,of ischemic stroke in the state of depression after treatment for Integrative Medicine,hope to achieve better outcomes.Methods:Select the hospital from February,2006 to March,2008 of ischemic stroke in patients with depression after the 64 cases.Male 38 cases,26 cases of women aged 48- 73 years old,on average(62.3±9.5)years old,were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,each with 32 cases.The two groups in age,sex,disease, HAMD total score,neurological deficit score,lesions,and other areas there was no significant difference(p＞0.05).Treatment of patients with a group of ischemic stroke of conventional Western medicine treatment,antidepressant treatment and acupuncture treatment,the control group of patients with ischemic stroke received conventional treatment and that medical treatment of antidepressants,group therapy are Four weeks.With 24 HAMD and MESS scale comparison of the situation before and after treatment.1.Select patients:(1)Consistent with this disease diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and by CT or MRI confirmed that for ischemic stroke;(2)The age of 40 to 75 years;(3)HAMD≥18points,MESS≥16 points;2.Delete patients: patients,such as severe heart failure,renal failure,cancer,etc.;(7)Acupuncture can not be tolerated on or not with the patients;(8)Can not be completed treatment compliance of the patients may not.3.Grouping method:According to the order of patients admitted to hospital,64 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,treatment and control groups for the 1:1 ratio of cases(32cases).The two groups in age,sex,disease,HAMD total score,neurological deficit score,lesions,and other areas there was no significant difference(p＞0.05).4.Treatment:(1)The treatment group of ischemic stroke patients receiving conventional therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine(adjustment of blood pressure,anti-platelet aggregation,cerebral protection etc.),antidepressants(Amitriptyline,q.n.;Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets,B.i.d)oral therapy and acupuncture treatment(1 per day,6 days per acupuncture needle stopped one day).(2)The control group of ischemic stroke patients receiving conventional therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine(adjustment of blood pressure,anti-platelet aggregation,cerebral protection etc.),antidepressants(Amitriptyline,q.n.;Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets,B.i.d)oral therapy.There groups are to four weeks for a course of treatment.In addition to provisions of medication,observed during the ban on the use of other antidepressants and other treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.5.Observing indicators: (1)Clinical indicators:the Hamilton Depression Scale score,neurological impairment score.(2)Security indicators:blood,urine,fecal conventional,electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function tests.6.Statistical methods:Count information used X~2 68.75 percent,the statistical test,there were significant differences(X~2=4.73,p＜0.05).Neurological effects,the total efficiency of 84.38 percent,the control group,the total efficiency of 62.5 percent,the statistical analysis,a statistical significance(X~2=3.92,p＜0.05).Help-drug combination treatment of ischemic stroke certainly the effect of depression,and Western medicine treatment is better than pure.2.Safety Evaluation:The clinical trial did not occur during the two adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion:The clinical study showed that the drug needle with a better antidepressant effect,and found no adverse reactions and side effects,and can significantly promote the neurological function of post-stroke rehabilitation,clinical efficacy of Western medicine is
