Purpose:By comparing the treatment of head acupuncture and body acupuncture plus Chinese herbal decoction to simple western aspirin. Observation they reduce the incidence of complete stroke further study form via tcm comprehensive treatment treat TIA to prevent stroke moreover ,formateing of new programs.Material and method:60 patients were diagnosed as TIA patents were derive from Liaoning Throbus Treatment Center of Integrative Medical Center.Meet the diagnostic criteria of 1995 Chinese Medical Association.Fourth Nationoal Cerebrovascular Disesse Conference Standard set,rangomly divided into two groups,treatment group(30cases),control group(30cases),treatment group crue with head acupuncture and body acupuncture plus Chinese herbal decoction,control group crue wth simple western aspirin .Required treatment for 3 months,Were observed befortreatment, treatment1month, treatment 2 months, treatment 3months, treatment 6 months,the efficacy of two groups reduce the incidence of complete stroke. further study form via tcm comprehensive treatment treat TIA to prevent stroke moreover, formateing of new programs.Results:Western medicine seizure frequency of aspirin group TIA ,duration time there were significant differences in improvement,Chinese Consilidated Grope seizure frequency of aspinrin group TIA duration time lower than that before treatment,also.Compared with the control group Chinese Consolidateed group more obvious effect.Conclusion:The results from this clinical observation can be seen TIA,integrated TCM,intervention ,the seizure frequency in TIA,duration time the incidence of stroke ,bettrt than west medicine asprin group,who has significanet adwantage.
