| Diabetic nephropathy, (DN) is one of the diabetes mellitus (DM) serious microvascular complications, and also one of lead to chronic renal insufficiency (CCRF), a common cause of death in patients with diabetes. Edema is one of the common clinical manifestations of Diabetic nephropathy, which giving a great deal of pain to patients. Its modern medical pathological mechanism is not all clear. On the treatment, western medicine treatment is simple, sometimes the effect is not very good. The clinical studies of Traditional Chinese medicine are becoming more and more popular. Its and western medicine cooperating to apply has a much better effect than simply western medicine. I summarize professor Yu's clinical experience in the treatment of DN edema, to give some valuable reference to other doctors who want to treat diabetic nephropathy edema in TCM decoction. |
