Zi Yi Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Dyslipidemia Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of type 2 diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia by Ziyi recipe.Method:60 Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia were randomly classified into two group:On the basis of western medicine treatment,the TCM-western medicine group (n=34) were treated by Ziyi recipe and the western medicine gruo(n=30)were treated by routine treatment.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.We observed therapeutic effect of clinical symptoms and the changes of FBG,2hPG,HbAlc and blood lipids (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C) of all the patients.Result:Ziyi recipe could improve the clinical symptoms of patients (P<0.01) and degrade the level of FPG,2hPQHbAlc,TG (P<0.01-0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups after the treatment. Conclusion: On the basis of western medicine treatment, additional Ziyi recipe have the confirmatory therapeutic for people with type 2 diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia.It had the effects of adjusting plasma glucose,blood lipid.it is worth studying deeply and developing further.
