Purpose:1.This paper studies related epidemiology situation and physique condition of repeatedly pneumonia by review investigation of point application therapy in the prevention and treatment of repeatedly pneumonia. To carries on curative effect analysis about repeatedly pneumonia controlled by point application. This study gives the prime reference for point application therapy further clinical research.2.To approach the clinic curative effect which are Chinese Medicine syndrome,times of disease point application therapy in the prevention and treatment of repeatedly pneumonia through putting the point application produced by Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM. To discussed the clinical validity and the security of point application therapy. The purpose of studies is seeking effective Chinese medicine therapy which could prevent and control the child repeatedly pneumonia's. Provides the scientific data support for this therapy clinical promotion application.Material and method:All cases were comes from the children participated into the point application therapy in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM on dog-days in 2010 winter. The cases consistent with the diagnostic criteria of recurrent pneumonia catabasis in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine. We began to use questionnaires to collect the internalized cases in the outpatient pediatric clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM on December 2009. The point application mastic (white mustard seed, asiasarum, gansui root, corydalis tuber, ginger juice and moschus) were put on the double points of Dingchuan, Feishu, Gaohuang and Middle Chest on the first day of first dog-days (22th December), second dog-days (30th December) of 2009 and last dog days (9th January) in the summer of 2010. According to the children's tolerance degree, duration of point application therapy was 0.5-2 hours per-time. Carries on the questionnaire and the clinical trial in the patient informed consent situation, the questionnaire survey content including repeatedly pneumonia baby respiratory system situations and infection number of times, infection pathogen, constitutional type, the clinical trial observation content including bends point application therapy of intervention repeatedly pneumonia's curative effect appraisal and the security evaluating indicator project. Meanwhile date which come from the observation, carries on the outpatient service revisit and telephone within 6 months at least once. Compare Two groups, the control group is easy to replace the high rank antibiotic and the hormone. Longer is treatment course, better is curative effect.2.2 Chinese medicine nature which intervented by point application therapy has no relations (P>0. 05).2.3 Point application therapy can make the cough, the expectorate, the spontaneous sweating, the night sweating, the hand sole of the foot heat, then the pond, then does, card periods of five days and so on more better. (P>0. 05).2.4 Analysis of safety evaluation: There was no secondary action and severe adverse reaction of cutaneous covering during the course of treatment.Conclusion:1.Most common nature of repeat pneumonia is internal heat ,next for lacking is energy nature and normal nature, therefore pneumonia children may carry on treatment based on the Chinese medicine constitutional types.2.Through the clinical experimental study ,it indicated that"point application therapy"can treatment pneumonia, it to be possible to improve repeatedly pneumonia's morbidity number of times, the single morbidity treatment course and the Chinese medicine nature.
