BackgroundPneumonia (Pneumonia in children) is still the most common disease in pediatric; it can cause a variety of complications affecting the growth and development of children with an important factor. It is believed that various reasons cause the disease in modern medicine. Disease pathogens is the external factors of pneumonia, and their physiological anatomy and immune dysfunction or disorder is the main underlying causes of disease. Pneumonia in Chinese medicine as "Pneumonia Asthma" category, the incidence is the result of the role internal and external causes, internal causes responsible for the children of delicate organs, qi that is not sufficient; external causes is pathogenic wind-based. Its Pathogenesis is for the lung canopy and the disease location is associated with the Lung, the Spleen and the Kidney three organs. However, The study on the constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine and related immune function With the recovery of Pneumonia in children is rare reported, and there is a need for further study on relationship between the constitution types and immune system.PurposeThorugh dividing the children with the recovery of Pneumonia in children into different groups in accordance with the constitutions types of TCM and testing the Peripheral blood T-lmyphocytes subgroups and immunoglobulin to explore the distribution of the constitutions types and the relationships between the constitutions types and the T-lymphocytes subgroups and immunoglobulin of the children with the recovery of Pneumonia in children, Compared with the control group. We expect the results o f the study provide the objective bases for diagnosis and treatment based on the different characteristics of constitutions of TCM.MethodSet up the inclusion and exclusion criteria; based the diagnosis, select the pediatrics with the recovery of Pneumonia in children who meet the criteria of the study; divide them into different groups in accordance with the constitutions types of TCM; test the level of peripheral blood T lymphocytes (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+, CD4+/CD8+), immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM), compared the result with the normal control group. Use SPSS 17.0 to analyze the data.Result1. Pneumonia in children recovering from the physical type of distribution, pathological constitution is the main body of children recovering from pneumonia type of (65%), pathologic type more physical in physical deficiency (45%);2. Infantile pneumonia each physical recovery of IgA, IgG along the peaceful type physique level-Yin deficiency-physical constitution, a decline in physical model, deficiency of Yin with peaceful type, physical constitution of IgA, IgG, P<0.01 level, there is a significant difference statistical significance, deficiency of Yin with physical constitution of IgA, IgG, P>0.05 level, the difference was not statistically significant, Yin qi difficiency type, type and peaceful type group CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ horizontal comparison, P<0.01 significant statistical significance, deficiency of Yin with body type group CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ P＞0.05 level compares difference was statistically significant;3. Peaceful type group and deficiency of CD4+ type group, P<0.01, significant statistical significance, peaceful type group and deficiency of CD4+ type group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, but the deficiency of Yin with body type group, P>0.05, difference was statistically significant;4. Pneumonia physical recovery of each group type of IgM and CD3+ levels compared with normal control group, no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion1. Pneumonia in children recovering from the physical type of distribution, pathological constitution is the main body of children recovering from pneumonia type (65%), deficiency of which are more physical type (45%);2. Pneumonia recovery of all physical types of T lymphocytes (CD4+,CD8+, CD4+/CD8+), immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG) compared with the normal group had some degree of disorder;3. T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+,CD4+/CD8+), immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG) as a physical type in children recovering from pneumonia, the lack of objective indicators based on, but the normal recovery period will help distinguish children with pneumonia and an abnormal physical constitution two body types, whether as the ultimate norm of all children recovering from pneumonia and physical types of objective indices, still need further study.
