Study Of The Traditional Chinese Medicineprescription Regularity For Children Viral Pneumonia Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System

Objective:Based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system V2.5 software,analysis the traditional Chinese medicine prescription regularity for Children Viral Pneumonia.Methods: Collect Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University of TCM in January 2015 to 2016 December Children Viral Pneumonia 134 cases,screening and treatment formula used a total of 271,use traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system V2.5 software to analysis them.Results:1.The study involved 149 commonly used traditional Chinese medicine,with 18 use frequency more than 54 times;2.Get 16 commonly used drug combination analysis method based on association rules;3.Using improved mutual information method of correlation degree between drug,get 69 for correlation in medicine for more than 0.02;4.Using complex system entropy clustering analysis,analysis of six groups can be combined clustering into the core of the new team,on this basis,further the entropy level of unsupervised clustering method,and got six new candidate prescription.Conclusion:Treatment of Children Viral Pneumonia common treatments include ventilating the lung and resolving phlegm,expelling wind to resolve the exterior,heat-clearing and detoxifying,purgation,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,nourishing qi to invigorate spleen;treatment of Children Viral Pneumonia prescription rule is: distinguish cold and heart medication,Xin Xuan and bitter descending releasing lung to regulate qi and clearing turbidity,in addition to phlegm,accompanied by pleasant embellish earth golden,and around the“heat,cough,phlegm and asthma disease”four emphasis adjustment compatibility.
