With the growing number of autism children, they become a very special group even in the special education system. How to ensure that they can receive appropriate education to promote the healthy development of their capacity is especially important. The emergency of many private autism education institutions are play an important role in this.SO I chose Agency A, who starts early as an authoritative and representative sample in this field.The paper conducted a preliminary study Base on three months of field research, combined with interviews, questionnaires and observations of its unique mode of teaching.。I gave the basic situation of a simple introduction, such as the nature of the institution, the development track, faculty, curriculum and so on in chapter one. The core of this paper is divided into three chapters.The second chapter describes the application of the teaching situation, Including both theoretical basis and practical operation of the two aspects of the analysis and evaluate the results. To extract the main features of the teaching model:both parents and their children participate in it. Each child have their own IEP. the use of ABA with a combination of TEACCH and the individualized instruction. The paper pointed out deficiencies with research data, and analyze the constraints in chapter three. It appears that the theoretical basis of a single, over-reliance on foreign reference. The content ignore the potential for the development of the children's personality development. Lack of teaching means, and the teaching evaluation is not standardized.According to research found in Chapter IV, combined with the advanced experience of foreign countries to improve the presentation of issues and recommendations of my own thoughts.Try to improve the integrity and authenticity of individualized education programs, Adjust organizational form of teaching time allocation and increase the proportion of one to one teaching time. Pay attention to child-emotional development needs, improve the initiative to play. With the help of multimedia and other advanced equipment.
