| Objective:We investigated to the epidemiology characteristic of chloasma in Three Gorges Reservoir Region, and grasped clinical morbidity and main harm factor of chloasma. We analyzed the chloasma morbidity characteristic,predisposing factor, and the main Chinese medicine Types et al in the aera. To prevented this kind of cosmetology dermatosis and to better service in clinical,we provided the theory basis.Methods:We laid down "the questionnaire of chloasma epidemiology", and adopted the questionnaire to collect from in January 2009 to in December 2010 in the second affiliated hospital of Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College, the People's Hospital of Wanzhou, the Three Gorges Central hospital, the fifth People's Hospital of Wanzhou, the mother and children care Hospital of Wanzhou.We investigated 205 chloasma patients in outpatient service of the five hospitals. We acquired age, sex, season, sleep, diet, skin type, and the distribution of skin to damage et al information. All datas were putted into EXCEL,and were analysised by the SPSS 13.0 software.Results:1.205 example chloasma patients are distributed in sex, male and female proportion approximately for 1:8.32; were distributed in the age,30 to 40 years old were 91 example, accounts for 40.49%.2. The statistical analysis indicated that has the significance morbidity factor is the sunlight, the pregnancy, the mood, improves looks improper, the sleep.3. Because of the solarization or the aggravation (positive) accounts for 60.98%.4. Accounts for 59.02% with the pregnancy. oral contraceptives Long-term for 10.38%.
