Clinical Study And Application On Treatment Of Chloasma With Traditional Chinese Medicine And Press-needle

Objective:The treatment advantages of this method were analyzed by using traditional Chinese medicine decoction and traditional Chinese medicine mask to treat patients with chloasma.Method:The 70 patients who met the standard were randomly divided into control group and 35 cases of treatment group.The treatment group USES traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Dan plus or minus)internal medicine,traditional Chinese medicine facial mask(self-fitting bright powder)external application,press-needle acupuncture point;Control group using traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth,take orally Chinese traditional medicine mask gels,six weeks for a period of treatment,a total of four treatment,observation of around 20,lesion area,skin color as indicators,observe two methods for patients with skin lesion area and the improvement of the color,all data using SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after treatment of two groups of skin lesions,skin loss and total loss of skin lesions.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 81.67%.After statistical analysis,the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different,indicating the good efficacy of the treatment group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine decoction,traditional Chinese medicine facial mask,combined with a press-needle for treatment of chloasma(liver and gas stagnation and blood stasis),is definitely worth the clinical promotion.
