Based On Data Mining Technology To Explore The Medication Rules Of Oral Chinese Medicine For Chloasma

Purpose:Searching the core journals of Chloasma treatment published in Chinese biomedical literature service system in recent 20 years,data mining were used to analyze the medication characteristics and regulations in the treatment of Chloasma with traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference and new ideas for clinical treatment of Chloasma.Material and method:We searched the clinical literatures on the treatment of Chloasma with traditional Chinese medicine in Chinese biomedical literature service system from June 1,1999 to June 1,2019.The retrieval formula is(chloasma [common field] or blackish spot [common field] or butterfly spot [common field] or liver spot [common field] or face dust [common field])and(traditional Chinese medicine [common field] or traditional Chinese medicine [common field] or traditional Chinese medicine [common word segment]).According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the qualified literature was screened,and we standardized the selected prescriptions in the literature,extracted the name of traditional Chinese medicines in the prescriptions and used Excel software to conduct frequency analysis.The database was established by inputing the collected prescriptions of Chloasma into "traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform software" v2.5.After the completion of the input,check again to ensure the accuracy of the input data.Statistics are made on the frequency of drug use,four Qi and five flavors and meridian tropism in the recorded prescriptions.Then set the support to 25% and 35%,the confidence to 0.8,the correlation to 8,and the penalty to 2,and the association rules,core drugs and new prescriptions are mined,and the results are analyzed.Results: 1.208 papers were included in this study,including 280 prescriptions,involving 187 traditional Chinese medicines.2.Included in 281 prescriptions this time,the cumulative frequency of drug use was 3180.Among them,the top ten Chinese medicines were angelica,Poria cocos,chuanxiong,bupleurum,safflower,liquorice,white peony,Atractylodes macrocephala,peach kernel and Salvia miltiorrhiza;the total frequency of four Qi was 3121,of which the most used was warm medicine,1180 times in total,followed by cold medicine;he total frequency of five flavors was 4937 times,of which the most commonly used was sweet drugs,1640 times in total,followed by bitter,pungent,sour,salty and astringent drugs;the total frequency of meridian tropism was 8014 times,of which the most frequently used drugs were liver tropism drugs,2146 times in total,followed by heart tropism,spleen,kidney and lung tropism drugs;3.The support degree is set to 25%,the number of supports is 70,and the confidence degree is 0.8.30 groups of drug pairs are obtained,including 13 core traditional Chinese medicines,and 25 association rules are obtained.When the support degree is set to 35%,the number of supports is 98,and the confidence degree is 0.8,6 core Chinese medicines are obtained,and 7 association rules are obtained.The core drugs are angelica,Ligusticum chuanxiong,white peony,safflower,Poria cocos and Bupleurum.4.When the correlation degree is set to 8 and the punishment degree is set to 2,280 oral prescriptions included in the literature of chloasma treatment in this study are analyzed and mined based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,and 12 new prescriptions for chloasma treatment are obtained.Conclusion: 1.The four Qi of drugs used in clinical treatment of chloasma are cold and warm,without very obvious cold and heat properties;the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;the meridian is mainly liver meridian.2.The core drugs of clinical treatment of chloasma were mainly promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,as well as tonifying deficiency,regulating qi,promoting water and dampness,clearing heat,cooling blood,removing wind and firmness;and Angelica was the core.3.Treatment of chloasma mainly used the methods of regulating qi and removing blood stasis,strengthening spleen and tonifying deficiency,and clearing heat,cooling blood and eliminating wind.4.Based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,12 new recipes were obtained,which provided new ideas for spleen nourishing and spleen transporting and treating chloasma from lung theory.
