Therefore, from the perspective of medicine pathogenesis of depression, treatment, therapies, the theoretical summarization and discussion have their definite practical significance. This issue selects the depression patients with liver constraint and spleen insufficiency for random and comparative observation, and this study will be closed to Hamilton Depression Scale and Depression TCM efficacy evaluation criteria, which is designed to verify the efficiency of the massage treatment for depression, and explore the advantages of massage therapy in this disease. Meanwhile, it intends to provide samples for the standard and specifications in the treatment of the disease. The main content of clinical research:This issue adopts the random and comparative principle, and has selected 51 patients of mild depression with liver depression and spleen. And all the patients have been randomly divided into 30 treatment groups and 21 comparative groups. The former groups has been treated with the combination of physical therapy and massage, while the latter ones are treated with physical therapy only, and both of the two treatment schemes have lasted 6 weeks. Results:According to traditional Chinese medicine clinical efficacy index assessment, the treatment group reduced rate TCM's effective rate was 90%(effective rate 20%), the control group reduced rate TCM effective rate of 50%(effective rate 0), two points in the efficacy of TCM by the difference statistically significant.②HAMD reduction rate from the point of view, the end of treatment group, the total effective rate was 86.67% in the control group, the total effective rate was 61.90%, effective rate, P=0.041<0.05, post-treatment statistical difference in efficiency significance.Conclusion:①HAMD scale manual therapy group reduced rate of total effective overall than the physical therapy group in contrast between the two groups at all time points were statistically significant differences in efficacy.②in the treatment group,1 week and 2 weeks,2 weeks and 4 weeks were statistically significant differences in efficiency, and 4 weeks and 6 weeks of the effective difference was not statistically significant. Manual therapy with rapid onset of depression in 1-2 weeks, began to take effect. Suggest massage therapy treatment of the disease to one month better.③results of each factor can be seen, massage for all factors have clear effects, including regulation of sleep disorders and the rapid onset of the best, for the anxiety /somatization, awareness barriers, weight, block improvement Slower, in the rapid improvement after the second week, while the last two weeks for the final effect was not statistically significant and efficient.
