The Surgical Fumigation To Cooperate With The Manual Therapy Hand Tendon Repair Clinical Efficacy Of Postoperative Adhesions

Objective:This subject is to study the clinical efficacy of fumigation of Chinese medicine combined with massage on tendon adhesion, provide an easy,convinient,inexpensive and effective treatment for the patients of tendon adhesionMethods:30 cases(57 fingers totally) of tendon adhesion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group is treated by fumigation combined with massage, the control group is simply treated by massage, the clinical efficacy in each group were observed and compared.Results:In 15 cases (29 fingers) of experimental group, the effect is excellent in 10 fingers, good in 13 fingers, general in 4 fingers, and poor in 2 fingers. In 15 cases (28 fingers) of the control group, the effect is excellent in 2 fingers, good in 8 fingers, general in 13 fingers, and poor in 4 fingers. The statistical analysis P<0.05, the difference is significant, it indicates the clinical efficacy of the experimental group is significantly better than the control group, and the complications such as pain, swelling of experimental group also reduced more quicklyConclusion:The mechanism of tendon adhesion is qi stagnation and blood stasis combined with wind cold dampness, so the disease will be easily caused. The fumigation of Chinese medicine has the strong effects of activating blood and dissipating blood stasis, dispelling wind-dampness and dispersing cold, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, the treatment of fumigation combined with massage can effectively treat tendon adhesion.
