In modern society, school education, especially the higher education is facing an important issue. That is, the classification of subjects become more and more dedicate, and the personnel training is also turning to as what Herbet Marcuse describes that "the One Dimensional Man losing reasonable ability to criticize social reality." which is far from the development needs of creative talents nowadays. This grim situation led to the thinking about the essence of education issues that is what kind of people training and how to train people, so this paper aimed at taking this as foothold, in-depth exploration the important role of aesthetic education in training creative talents, and try to build the model of training quality of creative talents.Firstly, this paper accounts for the theories of innovative talents, aesthetic education and quality construction and then explains the aesthetic education theory, innovation theory, and then analyses the important role that aesthetic education system played for Chinese medicine college students in creative ability and the training process of comprehensive quality. Secondly, by using questionnaire survey among 515 full-time college students in the school of medicine (based on Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine), and interviewed some relevant teachers, accessing the first-hand training status information about comprehensive quality and creative ability among medicine college students in Yunnan Province through the AHP analysis. Thirdly, to research the training status about comprehensive quality and creative ability among three students of TCM by teaching programs, extracurricular activities and campus culture, etc.By analyzing the questionnaires and investigations, the main problems in training Chinese medicine college students comprehensive quality and creative ability are:ideals and beliefs are not strong, political literary is not rich, awareness of self-learning is not strong, especially lack of query spirits, consciousness is not strong and creative quality is not high, lack of physical and mental states self-regulation, aesthetic quality needs to be improved, medical humanities is not high and the medical values are immaturity. The main problems in educating Chinese medicine college students'comprehensive quality and creative ability are:not paying more attention to humanistic education which using aesthetic education, the construction of school creative culture is still very weak, the students'inquiry learning model and the practicing and training system for training creative quality has not been established.This paper combines with the above findings, seeking to provide the basic theory about personal training in college and universities from the new perspective of aesthetic education, the indicator of moral training, knowledge and ability quality, creative quality, physical quality, aesthetic quality and medical quality, the quality model of create creative talents, and the quantitative analysis of AHP analytic hierarchy process.In addition, the paper is constructing the models of creative talents and constructing the judging matrix for choosing the students with the innovative ability, and thus it can provide a certain theoretical proofs for the universities of TCM to train and identify the creative talents. On this foundation, with reference to current education as well as training on college students' comprehensive quality and creative ability among universities or colleges of TCM, combined with creative talent quality indicators, this paper offers six suggestions on the topic, focusing on aesthetic education and humanity spirit. They are as follows:First, build a new system of moral education of college students. Second, build a humanistic quality education system and inquiry learning model. Third, build campus culture for training creative quality. Forth, build a basis for physical and psychological education. Fifth, build a base to enhance aesthetic quality. Sixth, build a new medical system of cultivation and aesthetic education based on humanity spirit.
