To train outstanding medical talents is to meet the needs of the rapid development of social economy and health care in China.As we grow our society and economy,it has compelled us to also consider reforming the current health care system,in order to provide the public with better health care services.The current medical education and development model are unable to meet the requirements for providing high quality health care services to our citizens.At the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities,President Xi Jinping pointed out in his speech;that a higher quality of education will result in a stronger country.The development of higher education is an important indicator of the development and potential of a country.In order to realize the “Chinese Dream” of national rejuvenation,the status and role of education cannot be neglected.The need for higher education is more urgent than ever,and the need for scientific knowledge and outstanding talent is also critical for our society's future development.Giving priority to the development of education and raising the level of educational modernization are critically significant for the realization of a moderately prosperous society in all aspects when building a great modern socialist country which is prosperous,strong,democratic,culturally advanced,and harmonious.Cultivating excellent medical talents is a profound proposition of the times that our higher medical education faces and needs to be solved urgently.Ministry of Education and National Committee of Health and Promotion launched the Medical Talent Development Program in 2012 and enacted comments on the implementation of the Education and training Programme for doctors of Excellence,which is the major strategic project and will promote the development of medical education andlead the direction of medical education reforming,and propel the reforming of medical talent development model and mechanisms.The development of an excellent doctor's program was recommended based on the need of a new paradigm in which educating medical talent with a new model will effectively promote the development of our medical education in connection with international trends,while increasing the quality of the medical talent and their education.The overall result will contribute significantly to the cultivation of subsequent medical talent for our future medical needs.The development of excellent doctors differs from the traditional approach of doctor training,which focuses on the development of competency,the ability to tackle practical problems and innovation,etc.The methodology behind the excellent doctor's training will be centered on;the core competiveness of a hospital for the future development of medicine,undertaking the tasks of diagnosis and treatment for all sorts of difficult and complicated diseases,guaranteeing the integration of healthcare,teaching,and research,which will be of core importance for hospitals in the future.Moreover,it is not only the concentrated embodiment of the medical safety and medical quality of a hospital,it is also,the maximizing of the branding effect of a hospital,and the pushing forward of the development of medical excellence to a higher level for our country,which will push China in a new direction away from the old standards of doctor training.The theoretical research for the training model of creating excellent doctors in China is still very weak and there are many difficulties in the research process.There is also a general lack of systematic research in many colleges and universities in China,which fail to combine innovative ideas with innovative practices.It has become a key question for colleges and universities to rethink how to adapt to the new development trends,and how to develop a new model for the education of excellent doctors which will meet the demands of today's higher modern medical education.The current study will explore how to construct a theoretical research system and create a series of schemes to open up a variety of research angles and ideas foreducational research to reveal the impact factor for the medical talent development model and interactions among impact factors and to facilitate the construction of medical talent development model match the medical education regularities and talent growth regularities.It will also explore the feasibility of new approaches and strategies for the development of excellent medical talent,as well as,providing useful references for the reform and innovation of excellent doctor's training based on the goals of adapting to the requirements of existing training.The concept is to implement guidance over such scientific theories as systemic theory,coordinating and coordinating innovation theory,dissipative structure theory,and the whole person education theory etc.The construction of a theoretical research system,and a series of schemes,also involves the principle of theory research for the instruction of practice,as well as,breaking through the concepts and schemes of the talent-training mode in the traditional sense.Additionally;the strategies of pattern remodeling(or reconstructing),and system perfecting design;while attempting to remodel beliefs,in order to rebuild processes,while deepening reformation,is also a major consideration when creating a new paradigm.The present research will look at the evolution of the development model for medical talents domestic and abroad,and summarize the current status of medical talent development in China pointing out the problems and drawbacks.This section will examine overseas medical education in detail,identifying the advantages of the overseas development models,and summing up the fundamentals for medical talent development,thoroughly learning the dynamic of cultivation pattern and provide reference for pattern reforming of medical talent development by comparing the similarities and differences in the domestic and overseas talent development process.The findings of the present study will support the research for the construction of development model for medical talent and talent growth regularities under the new circumstances.To learn thoroughly the current status of medical talent development in the three northeastern part of China,the present study has referred to such standardsas Chinese physician post competency model,evaluation on domestic and overseas physician,global physician standards,international standards for postgraduate medical education etc.Delphi method was used to select 48 medical experts for interview.Evaluation system for core competence of talent medical doctor was designed,medical theory and practice skills,sustainability,clinical thinking ability,interpersonal and communication skills,information retrial ability,humanistic Literacy and legal knowledge as its primary indicators.A thousand of participants were selected among the resident trainees and supervision tutors from five universities in three northeastern provinces of China.The results show that the level of the core competence of the trainees is medium and below medium,which indicates that the goal of the current undergraduate education and the graduates could reach the medium level of a doctor,as well as the current development model could not meet the requirements of the core competence standards and development of medical talent.The key and point of the study is to develop the construction concepts and a variety of schemes for the development model of medical talents.The study strives to integrate the modern education theory with the reforming practice of medical education of Jilin University achieve its innovation and operability.It is the primary level for talent development system to come up with the development goal of setting up the concept of whole person education,insisting on taking the student as the center and insisting on the idea of students' self-learning in the whole process,which is guidance for education;the secondary level to construct a five-modal system including humanities and social sciences courses,professional courses,natural science courses,physical and mental quality courses,hidden education courses with the sub-curriculum system of humanities and social sciences,the sub-curriculum system of vocational spiritual education,the sub-curriculum system of practical teaching,and the construction of diversified teaching mode,which is the core of reforming;"Three-dimensional structure" is the third level of talent training system,which provides strong support and guarantee for the reform.Reforming the original medical talents training modeand reconstructing the "trinity" excellent physician talent training system is the goal of this research reform.This study starts with the integration,systematization and synergy,in order to break through the problems of scattered,local and superficial discrete linear relations and the failure of effective integration of various elements in the past talent training mode reform.This paper puts forward and constructs the "trinity" talent training system with certain characteristics in our country.This system is based on the reflection of the traditional medical talent training mode,rooted in the scientific theory,and through a large number of studies,reforming practice and painstaking exploration to build up.It embodies the systematic thought,the whole person education idea,the docking interaction and collaborative innovation of the student's professional accomplishment,professional quality,practical and innovative abilities and post competence,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to achieve the goal of training talent doctors.
