| The book of "Shang Han Za Bing Lun" is the first one to dissertate and apply the theory, medicine and prescription of the clinical work in our country. It is only 113formulas at the "Shang Han Lun", but it is able to control all diseases, and have an enormous impact for the later doctors. Also, it establish the foundation of the treatment upon syndrome differentiation for posterity. In the " Shang Han Lun " attaches great importance to variation in mode of thinking. It is including the mainly similar to the disease and not the typical disease Diagnosis and Treatment. His different mode of thinking embodied in the identified diseases and identified among the syndromes. But so far, Many books which talking about the" Shang Han Lun " are still in use ancient note. They made concentrations at the syndrome differentiation of six channels theory of the "Shang Han Lun", and didn't give enough attention to think about the "same disease with different treatment".In this dissertation, I get a comprehensive collation and comparison across the original text of the "Shang Han Lun". Respectively, from the "disease", "syndrome", "symptom" perspective to analyze and summarize, reached its "same disease with different governance" content. Then I will be founding out the summary and analysis the rule of "same disease with different treatment" from Zhang ZhongJing's "Shang Han Lun", and how are they using at the clinical in nowadays. |
