Study And Optimization On The Scale Of Disease And Syndrome Differentiation Of Depression By TCM Syndrome Factors,based On Person-Symptom-Disease-Syndrome Of National TCM Master Professor Guo Ziguang

ObjectiveThrough the study on systematic theory,Person-Symptom-Disease-Syndrome of national TCM master professor Guo ziguang and the preliminary experimental result of subject,combined with reference from other related research data to make a summary on the factors of TCM syndrome of depression.According to the continuous optimization of clinical feedback,a more mature system is formed by kidney-Yang deficiency as a common pathogenesis of depression,including the scale of disease and syndrome differentiation of TCM syndrome factors of depression with the function of type,and scale standard of diagnosis to TCM syndrome and depression,to improve the accuracy and efficiency of clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodFirst,adopting the method of combining literature research and expert experience to formulate the disease and syndrome differentiation scale with kidney-yang deficiency(Preliminary)of TCM depression syndrome factors as a common pathogenesis,then to quantify with value.Then the preliminary scale is put into the clinic and collect the feedback information of the patients with clinical depression by small sample test.Finally,to process and analyzed the clinical information,including test and optimization of the reliability and validity of the scale,combined with the clinical information feedback of the analysis scale to carry out a preliminary inquiry into the TCM syndrome type of depression.Result1.Results of validity and reliability test: Through the Krone Bach coefficient test,it is found that the reliability of TCM syndrome differentiation,Yang deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency syndrome and Qi stagnation syndrome is good.The reliability of blood deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome,phlegm dampness syndrome and fire heat syndrome is better,but they can still be perfected.The reliability of blood stasis syndrome is relatively poor,and it needs to be improved.The ROC curve analysis shows that the TCM depression syndrome scale(preliminary)of disease and syndrome differentiation has a good difference,diagnostic value,sensitivity and specificity.2.the diagnostic threshold value of each sub-scale is defined as TCM syndrome differentiation 27 points,Yang deficiency syndrome 13 points,fire heat syndrome 13 points,blood deficiency syndrome 10 points,Qi deficiency syndrome 10 points,phlegm dampness syndrome 7 points,Qi stagnation syndrome 7 points,yin deficiency syndrome 6 points and blood stasis syndrome 4 points.ConclusionThe TCM depression syndrome scale has well reliability and validity,and it can be used in the clinical diagnosis of the TCM diseases and syndromes of depression.Furthermore,by further improvement and large sample detection,the TCM depression syndrome scale could summarize the TCM syndromes of depression thoroughly,and provide new reference for the TCM clinical study of depression.
