Research Of Underground Coal Mine Production Logistics Planning And Controlling Management

Underground coal mine production logistics system is the key one of the coal production enterprises logistics system.But in china, for a long time, the underground coal mine production logistics system has not been given sufficient attention by so many coals mine production enterprises. Because of the extensive planning and controlling management of production logistics,the security and efficiency of underground coal mine production logistics system has been impacted seriously. So for the coal production corporation, it's urgent to establish a science and efficient underground coal mine production logistics planning and controlling management model. It can help to improve the planning and controlling management status quo of underground coal mine production logistics and improve economic efficiency of coal production enterprises. In this paper, the following aspects are studied.Firstly, the concept of underground coal mine production logistics has been well defined; the structure and functions of underground coal mine production logistics system have been analyzed; the characteristics of underground coal mine production logistics system have been summed; the management problems of underground coal mine production logistics system also have been pointed out.Secondly, using theories and methods of complex systems, systems engineering, organizational management, production management, logistics management, process optimization, coal mine safety management and so on, combining with the characteristics of underground coal mine production logistics system, the planning and controlling management system and process of underground coal mine production logistics have been studied. So the production logistics flows, such as coal flow, material and equipment flow, production supporting flows and so on has been optimized by well planning and controlling management. Combining with systems analysis theory and Fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation method, the planning and controlling management performance evaluation index system and evaluation model based on Fuzzy-AHP method of underground coal mine production logistics have been established.Finally, by the empirical analysis, the feasibility and efficiency of the planning and controlling management model established have been verified. This model can help coal production enterprises to find out the weak links of the planning and controlling management and to carry out targeted continuous improvement, in order to adapt to the changing and developing enterprise environments.
