Study On The Rising Effect Of Coal Mining Technology Innovation To Core Competence Of Underground Coal Mine Enterprises

It is necessary for the sustainable development of underground coal mine enterprises to cultivate and promote the core competence. Based on the analysis of the core competence theories, a system model of the core competence of enterprise is established. An evaluation system is studied and provided according to the characteristics of underground coal mine. The effect of coal mining technology innovating to core competence of coal mine enterprises is researched from the experience of successful coal mine companies, such as Yanzhou Group and Shenhua Group. It is shown from these companies that the innovation of coal mining technology is very important for coal mine to increase the production and improve the manpower efficiency, safety system. The core competence is affected revolutionarily by the innovation of the coal mining technology.It is proved in this thesis that core competence promoting is a system project to promote the core competence and should be carried from five levels–resource, management system, management power, product and market. The good market reputation of the company could be brought by utilizing natural resources, the different management powers and providing the suitable product and good service. The innovation of the mining technology, especially the process technology and equipment of coal face mining innovation, is preliminary for the core competence of coal mine enterprise.
