Research And Application On Performance Evaluation System Of Managements Of Coal Mine Production In YQ

With the change of Chinese economy and the ecological environment, the coal cannot make so much money as that in the past. Now, so many state-owned coal enterprises run into trouble. Corporate solvency declined. Business risk increased. Therefore, if they want to walk out of predicament, it is necessary to improve their own management level and the competitiveness. In view of the status of the coal industry, coal enterprises pay more and more attention to the operation and management, some of the coal industry experts,scholars, managers began to study coal mine management and theory, began to realize the business operation and management plays an important role in coal mine, and they try to put the new theory into practice. Among them, the enterprise performance evaluation being part of the human resources management has attracted more and more attention of coal mine enterprises, it is worthy to put into more efforts.I reviewed a large number of domestic and foreign literatures about enterprise performance appraisal, studied the facts of YQ coal mine, collected the relevant data, and conducted empirical study. I analyzed the performance evaluation theories at home and abroad, then defined the coal mine management personnel, realised the basic situation and existing problems of performance appraisal in coal mine enterprises. Especially for YQ, we analyzed and discussed the existing problems in detail. Through the analysis of the performance evaluation of coal mining enterprises, in accordance with the design principles of performance appraisal system, combined with the characteristics of coal mine, we selected, tested and finally chose the necessary indices of performance appraisal system, and set up a suitable performance appraisal system of YQ coal mine. Inevitably,there are problems in the application we studied, and put forward specific measures and suggestions to solve these problems.The innovation point of this essay is, using cloud model, the membership degree of each index of performance appraisal, the inspection using the entropy weight method to determine the weights of the indicators, finally established a set of suitable for YQ mine managers working demand of performance appraisal system.
