Performance Assessment is a core aspect in Performance Management, and it is an important part of Human Resource Management. Scientific, just and reasonable performance appraisal system could motivate staff to work effectively and arouse their enthusiasm and creativity for work, which would stimulate staffs potential to create more profits for enterprises so as to achieve corporate strategic objectives.Based on the theory of the performance evaluation and through access to literature, surveys, interviews and so on, we learn from other enterprises' advanced management experience. From the comprehensive and in-depth understanding and analysis of current business performance of the status quo we find the existing problems, so we use the knowledge of management what we have learned in school and take PetroChina Shaanxi Markrting Company as the research for the study and also combined with the company's organizational structure and characteristics of the job classification, especialy Service Station manager, auxiliary Service Station managers and Service Station sales positions in all characteristics to set our standard .We also, applicated the modern performance management theory and performance appraisal methods for assessing the performance of enterprises and optimized for the original business performance. From the ideas, this text will contribute us to set up the scientific principle in the Service station employees' performance assessment. Keeping on improvement those problems have certain of reality instruction meaning.We also hope it can offer referrence for craft brother.
