Gender Perspective Of The Rural Social Assistance Study

Rural social assistance system in rural areas as one of the social security system, it is the important guarantee of rural population and the last line of defense "net". In the agricultural population accounts for the population of circumstances,62% of rural social assistance system to ensure the basic life of farmers' rights and keep the stability of the rural society with abnormal important role. At present, China has initially established with minimum life guarantee (rural five guarantees TeKunHu relief), such difficulties, victims of aid relief system for mass basic life, education and medical treatment, and housing assistance, legal aid relief as the special assistance system of rural social assistance system. But in China, in the vast rural women's social position because of its relative low and social discourse, indeed that they become women vulnerable groups of disadvantaged groups. China's rural disadvantaged by social concept and women still policy factors, gender sensitivity is not very good enjoyment of rural social assistance rights.From the social gender and the basic concept of rural social assistance, introduces the social gender development in China, and after the founding of the Chinese history of rural social assistance, expounds the gender perspective into the necessity of rural social assistance, on the basis of empirical study in Hunan province as an example, Lianyuan Zubao village social gender perspective, introduced under the present situation of rural social assistance system, and analyses of rural social assistance system itself and the problems in the system from the gender perspective, and puts forward some countermeasures of rural social assistance system.
