IT Infrastructure Maintenance services industry began in the last mid-century in America. IT infrastructure outsourcing is an important and necessary part for IT support and maintenance services industry, which refers to the required technical services to maintain a certain quality of running ability of Unix, PC servers, networking equipment, disk arrays operating systems and other related hardware and software equipments when it is over the original warranty (Warranty Support Period), Services typically include preventive patrol, replacing a failed component, adjusting the hardware and software parameters and so on.Competitive third-party IT service providers of our country are mainly Yingxin Changyuan, Digital China, Chinese technology, Teamsun and other enterprises, but due to the short development of IT services market in China, maturity and standardization of services should be further improved. The core competitiveness of various IT service providers is not clear either, lacking the formation of comparative advantage. Therefore, how to set an effective marketing strategy, quickly improving the market share in front of an attractive and competitive market, is top priority for every company in the industry'.The author took T Company, where he worked, as the researching subject, dividing the whole passages into six parts. Firstly, after in-depth and detailed analysis of the IT infrastructure industry, the causes, status, competition environment, it predicts future trends in the industry, followed by a discussion on the status of the company's marketing problems, then a detailed analysis of The company's marketing problems resulting from internal and external reasons. SWOT analysis and then carefully analyze the use of T's advantages and disadvantages to determine the future implementation of the growth of the company's overall strategy, and also market segmentation of the service, targeting a new market and market positioning. Finally, it raises 10 specific measures tackling the company's marketing problems and assessment evaluation to ensure the success of the company's progressive marketing strategy.Hope this paper can provide effective marketing strategy and specific marketing recommendations for T Company's development. Meanwhile, the results will also provide good reference for other third-party companies like IT service providers.
