With the development of reform and opening up and market economy, marketing thought was introduced to china and widespread, which plays an active role in promoting the development of China's socialist market economy and helps to the growth of enterprises in the competition. Nevertheless, it was under the negative influence of traditional concepts, economy system and personnel quality. Marketing in China is progressive. In electricity companies, market-oriented and customer-oriented con have not been paid enough attention to there fore, market-oriented and customer-oriented mechanisms have not fully built up. In resent years, the prosperous Services Marketing Though tin developed countries are still fresh to most Chinese electricity enterprises. It has not been widely spread as traditional marketing mechanism.The author has been working in WX Power Supply Company for six years, participating in company's marketing services. The thesis is based on the research of Marketing Strategy of WX Power Supply Company. It starts from the rise and development of Marketing Service and introduces the Macro-competitive environment and internal environment of company using PEST. By means of SWOT, it analyzes the strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and challenges that WX Power Supply Company is faced up with. Moreover, it proposed status of the power company service marketing, and analyzes service marketing problems. In the last part of the paper, the author proposes several strategies of marketing services in WX Power Supply Company.
