Since the Chinese economic reform and opening-up,Our marketing economic has been get vigorous developed.By joining in World Trade Organization in December 201 l,with series of trade agreements,we started to be treated as a stable Most Favored Nation,MFN by the other members in WTO,with our huge advantage of human resource cost,our export-import trade got a blowout growth.The same time,many strong,excellent foreign enterprises enter into Chinese market also,our enterprises is facing the competition worldwide now! In such new market situation and competition,our furniture industry,as a labor intensive industry,with the natural advantage of cheaper labors,the cost and price is with great advantage on the international market.So we get growth every year on the export of furniture,become a important resource of our foreign exchange.Thanks for the unbelievable hot of real-market in China,our sales getting bigger and bigger in Chinese market also.Anyhow,now times on the stage of worldwide competition,facing the increasing furniture factories in China,It's time for us to reform the way of management and sales path,to get the enterprise survival in such fierce competition.The distribution of profit is an very important part in the financial management,among all,the performance appraisal and package plan for the sales manage affect on the motivation of work,then a deep influence on the products' layout in the shop and market shares.Based on the study of the foreign advanced theories about performance appraisal(PA),this paper made an investigation and analyzed the current appraisal system of Four Sea Furniture Co.,Ltd,worked out the shortcoming and problems of the current system.Trying to be comprehensive and scientific,we propose a new comprehensive system which including both evaluation on the results and process.In this way we hope all the sales manage can be courageous and motivated to throw themselves into the sales job.
